Alana De La Garza has gained a following on television. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother were born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 in 1976. De La Garza moved to Texas in pursuit of an occupation as physical therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Florida in Orlando where she performed many acting roles. The roles included local independent films and international commercials. Despite her small roles, De La Garza quickly realized her love for acting. After 2001, she relocated from the Midwest to New York where her first role was on All My Children's soap opera, playing Rosa Santos.
